Safari (since the launch of Mac OS X 10.4) has included a feature called Private Browsing that does not keep track of history, cookies, cache, etc. when enabled. The availability of this option can only be modified on non-administrative accounts. To remove the Private Browsing menu option for all users of the computer (including Administrative accounts), do the following (Note: you must have the Xcode tools installed):
Control or right-click on the Safari icon in Finder and choose Show Package Contents.
In the window that appears, navigate to Contents/Resources/English.lproj/ and double click on the MainMenu.nib file.
In Interface Builder, select the window showing the Safari menu bar.
Select the Safari menu, then select the private browsing item and press delete.
Type command-S to save the changes, then close Interface Builder and restart Safari.
This removes the Private Browsing menu option, effectively disabling private browsing.
For a quick Google search you can two things :
1 : Drag the text you want to search to the Safari icon in the Dock.
2 : If you are using any text editor, select the text you want to search and right click and click Google search.

ProPresenter is a presentation system that utilizes two screens, empowering users to quickly and easily present slides on one screen, while controlling the presentation with another screen. For example, churches that display song lyrics on a big screen while a song is being performed live on stage can dynamically change the slide order for a worship song. Depending on the reaction of the audience, the band leader may choose to sing another verse, end the song early, or repeat the chorus several times. Typically these lyrics are presented through linear slide shows, but the limited flexibility of these programs make them very unpopular because of their inability to function dynamically. Our program allows an operator to click on a slide in our "Control Panel", at which point the projector screen immediately transitions to the new slide. What's more, the program supports QuickTime®, and can synch slides with an audio track for canned music presentations. ProPresenter also allows you to change your backgrounds dynamically and, of course, you can integrate ProPresenter with your video production system to key the words over live or recorded video.
ProPresenter fully supports any resolution right out of the box. A CD or DVD disc can become stuck in your Macintosh. It may not be appearing on your desktop or could be causing the computer to lock up if the computer cannot recognize it properly.It can damage your optical drive also. If you are stuck, you can try the following methods :
First try the normal methods to remove the disc. Drag its icon to the Trash can in the Dock or select 'Eject' from the File menu.
Shut down the computer and start up whilst holding down the mouse button or trackpad. Keep your finger on the mouse button right up until the disc comes out or the log-in screen has appeared.
Some Macintoshes have a paperclip hole that you can insert a straightened paperclip into, manually triggering the eject mechanism.
If you have Toast Titanium installed on your computer, choose EJECT DISC from the menubar.
Open Disk Utility and choose the disc you wish to eject in the left-hand pane, then click on the Eject button.
Open Terminal and type "drutil tray eject" to eject the disc/tray, and "drutil tray close" to close the tray.
Restart the computer while holding down Command-Option-O-F, to enter the Open Firmware prompt. Type "eject cd" without the quotes, and press return. The disk ought to eject. To start into OS X, type "mac-boot" without the quotes. Press return, and the computer will continue with the startup.
If the above does not work, then you might have your Mac to the Apple Service Centre.
